Throughout my life music has always been playing in my head. Melodies old and new move in a constant circle dance, seeking to meet lyrics that can enhance the emotional content of those notes and rhythms. Many songs form in minutes, arriving with such completeness that to make even one change would be insulting. Just as many require coaxing and patience, but in the end, they complete themselves as well. The only theme to this collection of songs is recovery, friendship, and social awareness.
